I am very excited to announce that I will be adding PiYo to the Move & Groove Fitness schedule, as of Monday May 12th, 2014. PiYo is a strength training workout, inspired by Yoga and Pilates.

Please make sure you bring a water bottle to class so that you stay hydrated. A yoga mat is required for this class. Please wear comfortable workout clothing and you can do the workout barefoot.
