Hi everyone! I just want to let you know that the PiYo challenge in Coquitlam has been put back on! It will begin on Monday January 12th and go until Friday February 20th. Classes will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, from 6:30am-7:30am. Get your workout in before you start your work day!
What is PiYo?
PiYo is a group fitness class with a mix of Yoga and Pilates, set to upbeat, fun music.
If you want to get strong but don’t want to sit still, this rhythmic, dynamic, total-body workout is for you!
With a constant flow of moves set to upbeat and empowering music, you’ll burn some serious calories while you build stability, strength, and flexibility.The mantra is power. What’s more is that PiYo is also great for those who have been dying for a transformational program that’s easy on your joints but delivers hard body results!!
Please make sure to bring a water bottle to class as you WILL need it! A yoga mat is required for this class. Please wear comfortable workout attire. This class is done barefoot.

If you would like to have your measurements and photo taken on the first and last day of class, please be prepared to stay late after class to do so.
