Challenge begins on Monday January 5th and ends on Friday February 13th.
Classes are from 6:30am-7:30am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday Morning at our Coquitlam location, 2786 Barnet Highway (Jumping Centre).

What is PiYo?
If you want to get strong but don’t want to sit still, this rhythmic, dynamic, total-body workout is for you!
With a constant flow of moves set to upbeat and empowering music, you’ll burn some serious calories while you build stability, strength, and flexibility.The mantra is power. What’s more is that PiYo is also great for those who have been dying for a transformational program that’s easy on your joints but delivers hard body results!!
Please make sure to bring a water bottle to class as you WILL need it! A yoga mat is required for this class. Please wear comfortable workout attire. This class is done barefoot.
