Are you looking to add a little more gorgeous to your guns? This workout will have you showing off those gorgeous guns in no time!
I recommend doing this workout 2-3 times per week to get gorgeous results.
Always make sure to consult with a doctor prior to beginning any exercise program, to ensure that the exercises are suitable for your personal fitness level.
Please make sure you are warmed up before starting this workout. I like to do a 5 minute walk on the treadmill to get my blood flowing, followed by some lightweight bicep curls and triceps extensions to gently warm up my muscles.
For this workout you will need:
1 pair of medium-heavy dumbbells ( I use 15lbs dumbbells )
1 medium-heavy weight barbell and ( I use a 30-40lbs barbell )
Towel (for sweat)
Water bottle to stay hydrated!
If you are unsure of how to perform any of these exercises, please head over to youtube and search the exercise. You will find many videos showing you how to do the exercises properly
Gorgeous Guns Workout:
1) Dumbbell Hammer-curls 4 sets, 6-10 reps
2) Triceps Extensions 4 sets, 6-10 reps
3) Overhead Shoulder Press 3 sets, 6-12 reps
4) Barbell Rows 3 sets, 6-12 reps
5) Barbell Chest Presses 4 sets, 6-10 reps
6) Upright Rows 4 sets, 6-12 reps
Take breaks of 30-90 seconds between sets.
Make sure to finish this workout with a proper upper body stretch!
