Get Fit For The Holidays with the Early Morning 21 Day PiYo Challenge.

Are you looking for a program to get you into shape for the new year? Maybe you have a big holiday party coming up and you want to look your best?
Join the early morning, 21 Day PiYo challenge and you are sure to see results!
This Challenge will run for 21 classes, beginning on Monday November 3rd and ending on Friday, December 19th. Location is in Coquitlam at Jumping/Sasha Fitness, 2786 Barnet Highway.
Classes will begin at 5:30am and will run for 60 mins, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please arrive at 5:00am the first and last class, so that we can take measurements and photo’s, to track your progress.

What’s more is that PiYo is also great for those who have been dying for a transformational program that’s easy on your joints but delivers hard body results!!
Please make sure to bring a water bottle to class as you WILL need it! A yoga mat is required for this class (email Kim, email@example.com if you need to borrow one!). Please wear comfortable workout attire. This class is done barefoot.
