Come try Hot Hula fitness for FREE, Tuesday April 8th, 10am-11am at the Scotiabank Dance Centre, 677 Davie Street, Vancouver.
Thursday April 10th, 6pm-7pm at CoalitionSkin, 424 Homer Street, Vancouver.
You do not need any dance experience! This type of fitness class is good for adults of all levels, as it is easy to modify and make it easier or harder. This class will be like nothing you have tried before. 😉 I have limited spaces available, so please RSVP, by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org I will email you back to confirm your free spot in the class.
I recommend that you do this class barefoot, however if you must wear shoes, please bring non-marking athletic shoes.
Bring a sarong (bathing suite wrap) or a flowy skirt if you have one, this will help accentuate your hips during the dance. This is not a requirement though! Also bring a water bottle and a sweat-towel!
If you are coming to the Tuesday class at Scotiabank Dance Centre (677 Davie Street, Vancouver), please check in at the front desk and come up to the 7th floor, Marcuse Studio. If you need to change, there are change rooms on the 5th floor of the dance centre.
If you are are coming to the Thursday class at CoalitionSkin, please check in at the front desk and they will direct you to the studio. Please arrive a little early if you need to change, as there is only one washroom for changing.
I will need you to sign a standard PAR-Q form before the start of the class. This is just a standard questionnaire to confirm you are physically okay to do a fitness class (doctors have not warned you not to do so).
