Fitness Clothing Review – Kyodan Fitness Apparel

I am so excited to finally be doing my first fitness clothing review! I have fallen in love with a fitness/yoga apparel line called Kyodan.

Kyodan fitness apparel is a company based out of Montreal. If you haven’t tried their fitness clothing yet, I suggest you do! And get ready to be stunned by their amazing prices. As far as I know, Kyodan fitness clothing is only available at Winners (TJ Maxx in the USA). This of course means that the clothing is priced amazingly! On average I have found their pants to be priced at around $24.99, tops between $12.99-$16.99. Shorts are around $20 and sports bras $16.99 or so. I find I really luck out on nice Kyodan finds at the Winners in Coquitlam, as well as the one in Vancouver on Cambie and 7th.

The quality of these clothes is really good. I wear their pants all the time when I am teaching. I don’t have to pull them up during squats, which is so nice! If there is one thing that annoys me, its when I find myself constantly having to adjust my pants during a workout! Kyodan passes the test for me :)

Another thing, I haven’t found any of their pants to be too thin. After the recent issues with some brands’ pants being too thin, I know that this is something a lot of us are on the lookout for! So far I have not had any problems.

Here are some photo’s of me wearing some of my favorite Kyodan fitness clothing finds 😉

That was helpful! Thank you. I just bought cute pants and a top from Marshalls and had never heard of the brand. I was definitely worried about the pants being to thin so I’m glad to hear they’re not. Thanks!

I love Kyodan too! I have a few pairs of shorts and pants and can’t find anymore lately. I am at the gym or running 5-6 days per week… these are the best brand of all my workout clothes. Wish I could find them in more stores.

That is too bad you haven’t been able to find them anymore! I have noticed more tops than pants lately at my local Winners. Maybe they are coming out with a new design… 😉

I’ve just lost loads of weight on Herbalife, and now feel confident to wear fitness gear. I went into TK Max the UK version, and came out with 3 pairs of their pants, I couldn’t believe how good I look in them, amazingly I managed to find a matching top too, for one of the pairs.
One pair was for cycling with the padding built in, and to my surprise you cannot see the padding from the outside when you are wearing them, they are very flattering.

I just discovered this brand at winners a month ago. I’ve never found fitness pants I love as much. The patterns are subtle and edgy, I’m from Montreal and I wish they had a store to order from so I could see the whole selection. The navy rose capris I stumbled upon were the last pair, makes me wonder what other great finds I’ve missed
